Organization of the iBizPanel
Most of the pages in the iBizPanel use a similar layout, of which the primary zones are defined below.
The Tabs at the top of the page have the following functions:

 
  • Services - buy products and manage them
  • Clients - manage clients and set up accounts
  • Support - view FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), or open a support case
  • Billing - view your account balance, manage all client billing functions
  • Product Manager - set up your own products for resale
  • Reseller Tools - discover how to set up the panel for your clients, and advanced tools

  •   Access your personal
    account settings
      Navigate to any page in the system using these dual-level tabs. See above for a description of each tab.  
    Search system-wide for client accounts, help topics, support, and products.
    Access additional options for the subtab you are viewing.
     
    Check your email (website must be hosted in the iBizPanel), change the panel language between English, Spanish and Portuguese, or Logout when you are finished.
      View definitions for any icons on the page.   Find important information pertinent to the current page. Look here for extra instructions, warnings, and solutions to common problems.
